Omelette française aux champignons

I don't know what to make of food today! Surely we all, at some point, have had this doubt. As much as we think we are left blank without finding any solution. Today we bring you the emergency dish that in addition to nutritious, is full of flavor, low in calories and fast, since we can have it ready in less than 10 minutes. We bring you our authentic French omelette with mushrooms and chicken meat.

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for 1 person:

  • 50 gr. mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • Chicken
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. We start beating the eggs with a pinch of salt
  2. Reserve the beaten eggs, wash the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut them into slices. Next, put a pan to heat with a little oil. Once hot, cook the grilled mushrooms next to the chicken.
  3. We move the mushrooms and chicken meat so that they are made on both sides and, when they are ready, we group them together forming a row of mushrooms and pour the beaten eggs. Let the eggs occupy the entire base of the pan.
  4. To form the mushroom omelette, once the bottom is curdled, we can fold the tortilla in two, or make three folds. We turn the mushroom omelette over to cook everywhere.

Remember that to make your French omelette juicier, when you are beating the eggs, add a couple of tablespoons of milk. And if in addition to this, if you keep the temperature of the heat medium-low you will get the surface of your French omelette to be totally yellow without having toasted stains.
