Boulettes de viande sauce aux champignons

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 kilo minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 glass of white wine
  • 2 glasses of meat broth
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons fried tomato
  • 200 gr. of mushrooms

Preparation:

  1. Mix the meat, breadcrumbs, a clove of minced garlic, beaten eggs, salt and pepper and form the meatballs.
  2. Carefully clean the mushrooms and chop them in quarters. Then give them in a skillet over high heat with a tablespoon of oil and reserve them for later.
  3. Flour and fry the meatballs in very hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the Fried Tomato and let it lose the water. Add the white wine and wait until it evaporates. Add the meatballs and broth and cook for 30 min.
  5. Remove the meatballs, crush the sauce. Strain it and reincorporate the meatballs.
  6. Bring to low heat for 10 minutes with the saucepan covered. Rectify salt.
