This morning the awards have been given to the best creations of the III edition of the Days of The Cover of the mushroom and mushrooms of Albacete with the presence of the Academy of Gastronomy of Castilla-La Mancha as exceptional witnesses. A conference organized by Neofungi, with the collaboration of Champinter and Mercajucar, which serve to extol one of the flagship products of the gastronomy of Castilla-La Mancha, which produces more than 60% of the mushroom consumed in Spain. Of all the participants, the cover most voted by the public has been that of Senshoku, followed in second place by the Álvarez Restaurant and Mesón El Sol, which tied for second place and Posada Real Restaurant, which has managed to dazzle visitors and climbs the podium. This is how these III Days were closed, which, as Sergio Pinto, manager of Neofungi, commented, are the starting gun for the IV Days that, as every year, surely surpass the previous ones and continue to energize the gastronomy of our province.
