Espaguetis con shiitake y nata

Inevitably, pasta is a food that exerts an irresistible weight on all people. Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 350 gr. spaghetti
  • 1 pack of shiitake
  • 200 ml of cream for cooking
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Oregano

Preparation:

  1. Boil the spaghetti, drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion and shiitake with a little oil.
  3. Next, add the cream, let reduce so that it thickens the sauce and mix with the spaghetti.
  4. Ready! Turn off the fire and serve hot. When serving you can add some pepper and salt. Enjoy!
