Neofungi organizes the III Edition of the Gastronomic Days of the mushroom lid and mushrooms in Albacete.

On June 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15 and 16 some of the best restaurants in the city will delight mushroom and mushroom lovers.

As happened in the previous two editions, tapas lovers, and more specifically those who love cooking with mushrooms and mushrooms will find these days the most complete selection of dishes made with these ingredients thanks to the Gastronomic Days organized Neofungi with the collaboration of Mercajúcar and Champinter.

With these days, Neofungi, one of the largest growers and distributors of mushrooms and mushrooms in Spain and Europe, as well as the economic engine of La Manchuela, intends to continue being a prophet in its land by publicizing the many uses and presentations that mushrooms and mushrooms have, of course, but also the portobello, the shiitake and the rest of exotic mushrooms that the brand sells in the most important establishments in the country.
